On-Duty Officers Missing from the Available Pane in DispatchLog

In DispatchLog, closing an activity may not automatically return the officers dispatched to the scene of that activity to the Available pane. If you experience this issue, a member of our Support team will need to run a script to once again show those officers as available and on duty.

Contact Support by creating a ticket that describes your issue and includes:

  • The name of the officer(s); and
  • The Activity Number they were dispatched to.

Once your ticket is received, we’ll contact you to schedule a meeting to the run the script on the database.

 Note: Please ensure you have access to the database server prior to scheduling a meeting with Support.
