This article provides instructions on uninstalling Perspective by using Command Prompt to delete the data in your 2.0 folder, as well as instructions on deleting additional folder data (if needed) and uninstalling the MSI package.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Using this method to uninstall Perspective from your computer will delete all the data in your 2.0 folder. If you run other ClickOnce applications, you may consider following the instructions in the Manually Delete the 2.0 Folder to Uninstall Perspective article. Note, however, that manually deleting the 2.0 folder will orphan (leave residual configuration information) in the registry entries for the Perspective application. If you're unsure of which method to follow, contact Resolver Support.
Use Command Prompt to Uninstall Perspective

Close all running applications. This will prevent the removal of the applications from the App Cache.

Right-click the Start/Windows icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Click Run.

Type or paste rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache in the Run dialog.

Click OK to run the command.
Delete the Folders from ProgramData - Version 5.0 or Later
If you're running Perspective 5.0 or later and the above steps didn't resolve any issues you may be experiencing, you may need to delete additional folders.

Open File Explorer.

Enter the C:\ProgramData path into the address bar of File Explorer then press Enter on your keyboard.

Delete one or more of the following folders:

If you're experiencing issues with Dashboard, delete the Dashboard.Resolver folder.

If you're experiencing issues with Dispatch, delete the Dispatch.Resolver folder.

If you're experiencing issues with Perspective, delete the Resolver Inc folder.

If you don't see the above-referenced folders:
a. Open Control Panel.
b. Click Appearance and Personalization > Folder Options.
c. Click the View tab.
d. Under Advanced settings, select the Show hidden files, folders, and drives radio button.
e. Click OK.
Uninstall the MSI Package

Open Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Click Perspective in the list of programs to select it.

Click Uninstall.
