For some Hosted customers running Perspective 5.0 or later, the Business ID field is missing from the Settings section of the login screen, which then prevents successful login into Perspective, even when all other information, including your user name and password, service URL, and database, is correct.
This problem is caused by configuring your computer’s display settings to scale more than 100% and can be resolved by completing the following steps:

Open Control Panel.

Click Appearance and Personalization > Display.

Select the Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays

Click the Smaller – 100% (default) radio button.

Click Apply.

Log out of Windows then log back in to see your changes.

Navigate to your Perspective service URL.

Click Perspective to open the login screen.

Click Settings and confirm the Business ID field is visible.

Delete default from the Business ID field and enter your organization’s business ID, which can be obtained from your service URL (e.g. https://<businessID>.myincidents.com).

Complete the other required fields to log into Perspective as usual.
