NOTE: Deleting a UDF will also delete any data tracked from that UDF. If you wish to keep the data for your records, it’s recommended that you hide and/or lock the UDF through Administration in Perspective rather than deleting the UDF in Service Manager.
-
Open Service Manager > User Defined Fields.
-
Use the Form and Section dropdowns to locate the UDF you wish to edit.
-
From the General tab, click the UDF you wish to edit.
-
Click Edit UDF to change the UDF label.
-
If you wish to delete a UDF, click Delete.
- Reset the IIS Application Pool.
