Edit or Delete a User Defined Field (UDF)

NOTE: Deleting a UDF will also delete any data tracked from that UDF. If you wish to keep the data for your records, it’s recommended that you hide and/or lock the UDF through Administration in Perspective rather than deleting the UDF in Service Manager.

  1. Open Service Manager > User Defined Fields.

  2. Use the Form and Section dropdowns to locate the UDF you wish to edit.

  3. From the General tab, click the UDF you wish to edit.

  4. Click Edit UDF to change the UDF label.

  5. If you wish to delete a UDF, click Delete.

  6. Reset the IIS Application Pool.
