As of Perspective 5.2, it's possible to employ IP whitelisting on your database, which allows you to specify a range of IP addresses that are permitted to access Perspective. This feature is primarily used to restrict access to Perspective when a user is not on the company's corporate and managed networks.
IMPORTANT NOTE: IP whitelisting is available for users running the Enterprise edition of Perspective only.
Resolver will implement IP whitelisting on your behalf. Please contact Resolver Support with the range of IP addresses you wish to whitelist.
Note: This will potentially impact your team if you use Wifi, Mobile Devices or Web Portal.
Your system administrator can implement whitelisting by entering the range of IP addresses directly into the system settings table on the database. Please contact Resolver Support if you need additional information.
