Reset the Workflow

This article describes how to reset the workflow for a single item, for multiple items and item types in a location or folder, and for the entire site and all item types.

Single Items 

To reset the workflow for a single item:

  1. Open the Manage By framework. 
  2. Click the item. 22.png
  3. Click Reset Workflow

Multiple Items and Item Types

To reset the workflow for multiple items and item types in a location or folder: 

  1. Open the Manage By framework. 
  2. Click the location or folder.
  3. Click the Reset Workflow button in the framework section. 23.png
  4. Ensure Starting Item displays the location or folder selected.24.png
  5. Click the checkboxes next to all workflows you want to reset. 
  6. Click the Reset Workflow button above Workflows to Reset

All Item Types

To reset the workflow for the entire site and all item types: 

  1. Select the highest point in the hierarchy.24.png
  2. Click Reset Workflow.
  3. Ensure Starting Item displays the location or folder selected.
  4. Click the Select all Workflows checkbox. 25.png
  5. Click the Reset Workflow button above Workflows to Reset
