This article describes how to reset the workflow for a single item, for multiple items and item types in a location or folder, and for the entire site and all item types.
Single Items
To reset the workflow for a single item:
- Open the Manage By framework.
- Click the item.
- Click Reset Workflow.
Multiple Items and Item Types
To reset the workflow for multiple items and item types in a location or folder:
- Open the Manage By framework.
- Click the location or folder.
- Click the Reset Workflow button in the framework section.
- Ensure Starting Item displays the location or folder selected.
- Click the checkboxes next to all workflows you want to reset.
- Click the Reset Workflow button above Workflows to Reset.
All Item Types
To reset the workflow for the entire site and all item types:
- Select the highest point in the hierarchy.
- Click Reset Workflow.
- Ensure Starting Item displays the location or folder selected.
- Click the Select all Workflows checkbox.
- Click the Reset Workflow button above Workflows to Reset.
