When you purchase a Ballot license, Resolver will provide you with an access code and password, which are required to log in. When you log in for the first time, the access code is bound to the hardware address of the computer you logged in with and will not function on any other system.
If you want to run Ballot on another computer, contact Resolver Support. Once we receive your request, the access code will be released, allowing you to log in and use Ballot on another system.
