If you receive a notification that your license will expire in 10 days and it's not due to expire, this is usually caused by older versions of Ballot experiencing difficulty communicating with the validation server.
To fix this problem:
- Check your version of Ballot. The desktop launch icon will display its current version number.
- If your version is older than 7.3, uninstall Ballot by right-clicking the Windows icon, selecting Program and Features, selecting Ballot, then clicking Uninstall.
- Download the latest version of Ballot by clicking this link.
- Log in using the same access code provided to you when you purchased the license. If you've misplaced this code or need to use Ballot on a different computer, contact Resolver Support.
