Transfer a Ballot License to Another User or Computer

It's possible to transfer both active and inactive licenses to other users and/or computers by contacting Resolver Support.

Because Ballot licenses grant access to users based on their names, email addresses, and computers, when creating a ticket to request a transfer, ensure you include the following information:

  1. The name and email address of the current license holder.
  2. The name and email address of the new license holder.
  3. The license access code.
