6:43 AM EDT: Following our maintenance window last night where our team implemented the latest Microsoft updates, our Perspective Hosted environment at our AWS-US region is experiencing performance degradation and in some cases connections issues. Our Team is investigating and focusing on this as our highest priority. We will update this post as we learn more.
7:40 AM EDT: We are continuing to investigate this issue and it is our highest priority.
