Change Form Labels (Text Box Titles)

If you have administrator privileges, you can change the default form labels (text fields) of forms in Perspective.

1. Log into Perspective as an administrator.

2. Click Administration > Form Labels.

   

3. Enter the name of the label in the search field.

4. Use the filter dropdown menus to narrow down your search.

   

5. Click the language you wish to change and start typing your changes.

   • Type your changes under Base Language if you want the custom form label to appear for all users.

   • Type your changes under Language 1, Language 2, etc. if you want the custom form label to appear only for users who have that language assigned to them.

     

6. Click Save.

7. Log off Perspective and log back in to view your changes.
