Customize Your Organization's Privacy Statement and/or Legal Notice in Perspective (On Premise Only)

Note: Hosted users cannot customize the Privacy Statement and Legal Notice.

To customize your company's privacy statement and/or legal notice, you'll need to edit the LegalNotice.mht and Privacy Statement.mht files. These files can be edited using an mhtml editor or a word processor such as Microsoft Word.

1. Locate the LegalNotice.mht and Privacy Statement.mht files. By default, these files are located at ~\inetpub\wwwroot\PerspectiveServices\Legal\.

2. Open one of the files using an mhtml editor or word processor.

3. Make your changes.

4. Click save to overwrite the existing file.
