Create an Incident from an Activity

In order for a user to be able to create an Incident from an Activity, a user must have either Full Control or Allow Add privileges enabled for Incident data forms.

When a user with the proper privileges creates an Incident from an Activity, most of the Activity fields that contain data will be transferred to the Incident automatically.
