Cut Off or Overlapping Text in Printed Reports

If the text in a Perspective report is overlapping or cut off when printed, the issue can be fixed by adjusting the Display settings on the computer printing the report.

Windows 7 and 8: 

  1. Open Control Panel.

  2. Click Appearance and Personalization > Display (Category view) or Display (Icon view).

  3. Under Change the size of all items, move the slider bar to Smaller.

  4. Click Apply.

These changes apply only to the profile of the user currently logged into Windows.

Windows 10: 

  1. Log into Perspective on the machine experiencing this issue. 
  2. Right-click on your taskbar. 
  3. Click Task Manager.
  4. Right-click Perspective.
  5. Click Properties
  6. Click the Compatibility tab.
  7. Click Change high DPI settings
  8. Check the box beside Override high DPI scaling behavior
  9. Click OK. Click OK again. 
  10. Log out and log back into your machine. 

These changes apply only to the profile of the user currently logged into Windows.
