The Investigations tab is specific to the Premium and Enterprise editions of Perspective. From here, users with the appropriate rights can read, add, and potentially edit the details that of an Incident or Case investigation.
This video will demonstrate the data entry that can be completed on the Investigation sub-forms, including:
- Entering general details
- Assigning investigators
- Adding investigation notes
- Logging time and expenses
- Adding details from interviews
- Logging and tracking any gathered evidence or property
Please note, these tasks will be demonstrated on an Incident Investigation data form, but the process applies to Case Investigations as well.
