Perspective's Integration Services is an open API that enables you to build integrations between Perspective and your other security systems. As a .NET web service that leverages Windows Communication Foundation, it defines how data is moved between Perspective and other business applications, opening the door for interoperability while preserving the integrity of Perspective's business rules, including established access rights, and user permissions.
Integration Services is included with every Perspective system and installation support is covered by your Software Support Program (SSP). However, given how Integration Services is used, the additional applications involved, and the development skill level required, development support and integrations not developed by Resolver are not covered by your current SSP membership.
