Accessing the MSI Perspective Client: Version 4.6.2

Resolver recommends that you use our ClickOnce deployment package to launch Perspective. ClickOnce is easily implemented and users can launch without requiring elevated rights.

Note: Should you choose to use an MSI package, your team must uninstall older packages then reinstall the new package available with each release.

For On Premise Customers:

1. Browse to following Perspective Services URL:

   http://<servername>/PerspectiveServices/default.aspx?opt=2

2. Click Click here to Download MSI Package and follow the on-screen instructions. This can be done individually at each machine or you can use the downloaded MSI package to implement it within your organization.

For Hosted Customers:

1. Browse to the Perspective Services URL:

   https://<businessID>.myincidents.com/perspectiveservices/default.aspx?opt=2

2. Click Click here to Download MSI Package and follow the on-screen instructions. This can be done individually each machine or you can use the downloaded MSI package to implement it within your organization.
