Most people are familiar with plotting criteria on only the X and Y axis of the heat map, but Ballot can plot up to 4 dimensions on the same heat map, then 2 additional series for the X and Y axis.
To add other dimensions (e.g. control effectiveness) to the heatmap:

Open the Scatter Chart.

Right-click on the background or click on the Data menu.

Select Chart Data.

Click on the Size Code tab.

Select the criteria you want to associate with the data point size, then click OK.
The final result has data points with multiple sizes. See the legend at the top of the chart to link with the criteria. (1 = small, 5= big)
