Web Portal Access for Perspective Hosted Customers

Perspective Hosted Customers can access their Web Portal URL by using the URL below but updating the Business ID.

https://businessid.myincidents.com/webportal

When you first go to the URL - it will show as "URL is no longer valid or Portal is not set up. Please login to configure Portal."  You will need to login by going to the Login Button.

From there, you will need to set up your Web Portal and create your URL for your users.
