The audit shield provides a quick view of a record's major audit details without having to access the Audit History tab.
To use the audit shield:
- Select a record in Perspective.
- Hover your mouse over the shield in the top-right corner to display the record's Created By Date/Time, Created By User ID, Last Modified by Date/Time, and Last Modified By User ID.
- Optional: Click the shield to view more information.
- Optional: Click a field on the record, then hover your mouse over the shield in the bottom-left corner to view the audit history for that field. This is only available on some tabs, like Involvements tab > Persons tab.
