Some On Premise customers may see a prompt to enter their Windows login credentials when browsing to the Perspective launch page.
This issue occurs when Perspective has been set to Windows Authentication mode only in IIS (Internet Information Services) and can be resolved by removing discrepancies between the Internet Explorer security settings and your hosting service.

Open Internet Explorer.

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the browser.

Click Internet Options, then open the Security tab.

Click Local intranet in the Select a zone to view or check security settings section.

Click Sites.

Click Advanced in the Local Intranet window.

Add your Perspective Services URL to the Add this website to the zone field.

Click Add.

Exit the IE settings, then relaunch your browser.
