Archive a Perspective Record

It's possible to archive record in Perspective's Data Forms (i.e. Activities, Incidents, Cases, Persons, or Organizations), however, only one record may be archived at a time.

Note: Only users with Supervisor rights can archive records.

  1. Log into Perspective as a user with supervisor rights.

  2. Open the record you want to archive.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Click the Controls tab.

  5. Select the Archive (record not visible) checkbox.

  6. Click Save.

Once a record is archived, it’s no longer visible in the Listing pane. Archived records can be viewed by clicking Quick View, then selecting the Include Archived Records checkbox before creating a query.
