It's possible to archive record in Perspective's Data Forms (i.e. Activities, Incidents, Cases, Persons, or Organizations), however, only one record may be archived at a time.
Note: Only users with Supervisor rights can archive records.

Log into Perspective as a user with supervisor rights.

Open the record you want to archive.

Click Edit.

Click the Controls tab.

Select the Archive (record not visible) checkbox.

Click Save.
Once a record is archived, it’s no longer visible in the Listing pane. Archived records can be viewed by clicking Quick View, then selecting the Include Archived Records checkbox before creating a query.
