The Web Portal can be used an online communications hub for security related information, you can post time sensitive notices, BOLO's, and provide links to other websites.
The portal also allows someone who is not a user of Perspective to submit an incident to your system; this unlocks your reporting potential by gathering information from sources. Additional functionality also allows organizations who use Dispatch to allow for individuals to request an officer for assistance.
