Note: Before calling our Support line, please create a support ticket that includes the product name, the severity of the issue you're experiencing, and a description of the problem (please try to be as specific as possible). Whenever possible, include a copy of your error message and a screenshot within the product. If you are asking multiple questions in one ticket, please number them (1, 2, 3 .etc) as this will help organize our responses to you.

  • For New Zealand, Australia & the Pacific: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM NZDT, Monday through Friday.
