Holiday Support Hours & Closures

To allow our staff to celebrate the holidays with their families, we’re changing our normal business hours and closing our offices for a few days.

Support Hours

Our business hours will be 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST during the following time periods:

  • December 19, 2016 to December 23, 2016
  • December 27, 2016 to December 30, 2016

Support Desk Closures

The Support Desk will be closed on the following dates:

  • December 24 to 26, 2016
  • January 1 to 2, 2017

Our team will be back in the office for regular business hours starting January 3, 2017. 24/7 support via our emergency after-hours number will continue to be available for all Premium Support members and Hosted customers during the holidays.

For customers planning upgrades or projects during this period, we recommend booking time with our team in advance. You can create a ticket for the support team via our customer portal.
