Release Notification Process

Major Updates:

Major Updates are larger releases including multiple features, or major feature changes that impact our customer base. In order to ensure that our customers are ready for the release – we do the following:

  1. One week in advance, we provide notification of the date and time of the update and any associated down time. At this time we also provide access to information on what you need to know about the update and how it will impact you.

Notification will be provided by in-system notifications. 

Minor Updates:

Minor Updates are small releases usually with a focus on small tweaks to the software or bug fixes that impact our customer base. In order to ensure that our customers are ready for the release – we do the following:

  1. One week prior to the release, we provide notification of the date and time of the update and any associated down time. Release notes are made available to your team.

Notification will be provided with in-system notifications. 

Hotfixes:

In the instance that we roll out a hotfix to the system that does not have downtime implications, we will roll this out and provide an in-system notification for your team with a link to release notes.
