Symptoms: Notifications gets queued in the Administration > Queued Notifications and not being sent out.
Reason:
- Email Connector is not configured properly
- Email address of the user is not correct (An error message will be displayed in the Queued Notifications section)
- Notification Sender Job is not run (It might be Struck OR Deactivated)
Resolutions:
- Check the configuration properly and test the email connector by sending a Test Email
- Go to the particular user and correct the email address
- Activate the Job run it / If it is struck
- Restart the Tomcat
