Notification is Being Queued and Not Being Sent Out

Symptoms: Notifications gets queued in the Administration > Queued Notifications and not being sent out.


  1. Email Connector is not configured properly
  2. Email address of the user is not correct (An error message will be displayed in the Queued Notifications section)
  3. Notification Sender Job is not run (It might be Struck OR Deactivated)


  1. Check the configuration properly and test the email connector by sending a Test Email
  2. Go to the particular user and correct the email address
  3. Activate the Job run it / If it is struck
  4. Restart the Tomcat
