Block All Users from Adding Incident Types and Subtypes

Applies to RiskVision Versions: 7.0, 7.5, 8.0

Resolution: Currently in RiskVision version 8.0 and below, users with Incident Manage privilege have the ability to create Incident types and subtypes.

In Release 8.5, there will be a separate role that governs the ability to create Incident types and subtypes.
