Customizing the Incident ID Number Prefix

Short Summary: The incident ID can have a customized prefix

Full Detail: By default, RiskVision will assign a human-readable ID number to incidents. This number is prefixed by an INC string. Customers may wish to customize this to suit their own organizational needs.

To change the prefix:

  • In the %AGILIANCE_HOME%config in the agiliance.properties file, set the property com.agiliance.web.incident.prefix=New prefix
  • Save the agiliance.properties file
  • Reload the configuration through the Administration > Commands tab
