Symptoms: Attempts to restart the MySQL database from the Windows Services control were unsuccessful. The agiliance.errors log located in %Agiliance_Home%\ MySQL\logs contains the following message: "Binlog has bad magic number"
Resolution: There could be an issue with the MySQL binary logs. To resolve this issue, navigate to %Agiliance_Home%\ MySQL\backup. Either remove or move to another directory and then restart the MySQL service. If it restarts successfully then restart all other RiskVision related services.
