Email Link for Password Reset Function Does not Work

 Steps of Reproduction

  1. Create a user (ie: test@test.com) and log off
  2. Click the Forgot your Password? link
  3. Enter your email address
  4. You should receive an email which contains a link for resetting a password
  5. Click the link in the email, an error message is displayed

Expected: Password reset page displays

Actual:  Following message received: "Sorry, the Agiliance RiskVision server has encountered an unexpected error"

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the version 7.0 HF3 release. Contact product support for additional details.
