A new Email Details option in the Dispatches panel allows dispatchers to the email details of an activity during any stage of the process.
It's now possible to add officer notes. Admins can add default notes in an officer's user profile that appear each time the officer is brought on duty, while dispatchers can add notes that are cleared when the officer's shift is completed.
