If you forget your user name, a Perspective administrator can retrieve it for you by doing the following:
- Log into Perspective as an administrator.
- Click Administration > Users.
- Enter the user’s first or last name in the search field, then click the checkmark or press Enter on your keyboard.
- Click the appropriate record in the search results open it. The value entered in the Perspective Logon ID is the user name required for that person to log into Perspective.
If you're the only Perspective administrator, you've forgotten your login credentials, and there is no way to retrieve the Users list from Perspective, the system (master) administrator must log into his or her account to search for the user.
If you're unable to log into the system administrator account, please review the Reset the System Administrator's Password article for more information.
