Due to the upcoming release of the update to V8.4, GRC Cloud will be unavailable on June 28, 2017 from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM EST (2:00 AM to 7:00 AM UTC).
Please note that during this time, we will be implementing the new release. GRC Cloud will be available with brief disruptions in services. We, of course, apologize for any inconvenience associated with the disruptions, and we will endeavor to keep the timeframe as short as possible.
Once the update is complete and you can log back into the system, we’ll post an announcement on the Hosted Notifications section of the Resolver Support site, so please have your team monitor the site for updates.
What’s New in the Update to V8.4?
We’ve fully documented the updates in V 8.4 in our Release Notes, but here is a quick summary of some of the new features:
- User Access Report: This new report provides an overview of all users in the system, summarizing the roles the user is part of and the data they have access to.
- Period End Execution Improvements: Our primary focus for this release was to update Period End Execution, including overall performance and efficiency.
- Export All Pages to Audit Trail: Allows Administrators to export the audit trial to PDF or Excel.
