Gateway - e-Incidents

The Gateway acts as an inbox for electronically submitted Incidents (e-Incidents) from the Web Portal or a Custom Web Form.

This training will look at the functionality of the Gateway and the Gateway Administrator and Approver rights that are associated with the review, editing, and potential deleting or acceptance of these e-Incidents.
