Though Perspective populates its pre-formatted reports with default footers, you can add your own page and report footers.
- Custom Footer 1 appears in bold at the end of a report.
- Custom Footer 2 appears as a sub-heading to Custom Footer 1.
- Page Footer 1 appears in small text at the bottom of every page.
Note: This feature is available on Perspective version 3.2 and later.
Create Custom Footers

Log into Perspective as an administrator.

Click Administration > Language > Form Labels.

Use the search filters to go to Perspective > Reports > Labels.

Use the last filter field to select the custom footer you wish to add (i.e. Custom Footer 1, Custom Footer 2, or Page Footer 1).

Type the custom footer under the language(s) you want the footer to appear in.

Click Save.

Log off then log back into Perspective to see your changes.
Delete Custom Footers

Follow steps 1-4 in the Create Custom Footers section above.

Clear the text under the language(s) that no longer require custom footers.

Click Save.

Log off and log back into Perspective to see your changes.
